Accessibility Statement

Last updated: July 29, 2026

ArtsyGeeksy is committed to making our websites, shops, articles, music, recipes, gaming resources, educational materials, digital downloads, and interactive tools accessible to as many people as possible.

We believe creativity, knowledge, music, food, art, and curiosity should be available to everyone. Accessibility is therefore not simply a technical requirement for us. It is an ongoing part of how we build and improve the ArtsyGeeksy family of websites.

Our Accessibility Goals

We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, currently WCAG 2.2 Level AA, wherever reasonably possible.

Our accessibility efforts may include:

  • Providing alternative text for meaningful images
  • Using headings and page structures that help visitors navigate content
  • Maintaining readable text sizes and sufficient color contrast
  • Supporting keyboard navigation where possible
  • Using descriptive link text
  • Labeling forms and interactive controls clearly
  • Avoiding unnecessary flashing or rapidly moving content
  • Making audio, video, and visual material easier to understand through descriptions, captions, transcripts, or accompanying written information when practical
  • Creating downloadable materials that are as readable and usable as possible
  • Reviewing new pages and features with accessibility in mind

Because ArtsyGeeksy includes several different creative projects and continues to grow, accessibility improvements are an ongoing process rather than a one-time undertaking.

The ArtsyGeeksy Family

This statement applies to ArtsyGeeksy and the projects operated under its umbrella, including:

  • The ArtsyGeeksy Store
  • Justin Towson Music
  • Roll Model Gaming
  • EatsyGeeksy
  • Æthenæum
  • Other ArtsyGeeksy pages, tools, shops, and services that link to this statement

These areas contain many different kinds of content, including artwork, articles, recipes, music, audio, gaming materials, product listings, downloadable files, and interactive astronomical or calendar-related tools. Some formats present different accessibility challenges, and we are continually learning how to present them more effectively.

Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible to every visitor.

Possible limitations may include:

  • Older images that do not yet have complete alternative text
  • Decorative or highly detailed artwork that cannot be fully conveyed through a brief text description
  • Older downloadable files that may not work perfectly with every assistive technology
  • Music or audio content without a complete transcript
  • Embedded media, shopping tools, maps, social-media content, music players, payment systems, or other features supplied by third parties
  • Interactive tools that may be difficult to use with certain browsers, devices, keyboards, or assistive technologies
  • Archived articles or pages created before our current accessibility practices were adopted

We are working to identify and improve these areas as time and resources permit.

Third-Party Services

Some parts of ArtsyGeeksy rely on services provided by other companies, such as ecommerce platforms, payment processors, streaming services, embedded media players, newsletter providers, social networks, and fulfillment partners.

We do not control the accessibility of those outside platforms, but we try to choose and configure third-party services responsibly. When a third-party feature creates an accessibility barrier, we welcome the opportunity to help locate another way to access the information or complete the task.

Need Help Accessing Something?

Please let us know if you:

  • Encounter an accessibility problem
  • Cannot use a page, form, menu, shop feature, download, or interactive tool
  • Need information in another format
  • Need help accessing a recipe, article, product description, gaming resource, or music-related page
  • Find an image, link, button, heading, or form field that is unclear
  • Have a suggestion that could make ArtsyGeeksy easier to use

When contacting us, it is helpful to include:

  • The address or title of the page
  • A brief description of the problem
  • The browser, device, or assistive technology you were using, when relevant
  • The format or assistance that would be most useful to you

You can contact us through our [Contact page] or by email at [insert accessibility or general contact email].

We will make a reasonable effort to respond and provide the information, product details, service, or content through an accessible alternative when possible.

Feedback Is Welcome

Accessibility is a continuing process, and thoughtful feedback helps us notice barriers we may otherwise miss.

We take accessibility concerns seriously and will use them to guide future improvements across ArtsyGeeksy, Justin Towson Music, Roll Model Gaming, EatsyGeeksy, Æthenæum, and the ArtsyGeeksy Store.
